Well it finally caught up to me. Time to go do work and stuff.

So the first three weeks will be pretty hectic, but hopefully after the initial JFE/JOAX is over I will have more freedom and stuff. (To include met access)

If not I'll let y'all  know. See you in August...or...December

Well my team was never entering the base. That's on EJ amd Thad. My team is taking out the surrounding observation posys, FOB's, vehicles. Any targets of opertunity. They're guiding strikes.

Secondly once those craft amd strikes are inbound we have a number of art resources last I checked. The canadian/Chilean/US Ranger task force on the Ospreys. The SOC-R's from the navy (Unless EJ changes that) and the crew from the Falklands.

Once the strikes happen it's just a matter of escaping with Cate and hiding/fighting off a larger force with Cate in tow until help arrived. At least that's my understanding up to this point.

Exfil is already planned out. Things just have to line up. I mean no one on the Falklands sife is really staging, but we've got options either way.

The SBS and SEALs are in the same AO are they Not? It's really. Just a matter on who gets the green light I suppose.

Hm, that's not the problem at hand
The team's on plot can get in. The issue is getting out alive.

Yes there are multiple points of entry, likely all fortified though with (at a minimum) personnel. Again not a problem. The issue we have however is that once we get going it has to be surgical amd quick.

Ooooor we run the risk of Cate being killed, which also makes the insertion of a QRF or secondary force impossible until we get her under our control/protection.

The enemy basically has a standing modern military. Can't fly and jump in, can't take boats in, can't drive a convoy in sue to all of these optionoptionstectable to a degree. And given the current threat at hand once an attempt gets sniffed out, the risk of Cate being killed grows.

Again, plot shielding and development cool. But these are the things that would be on the command staffs mind. Both in the AO and the Falklands.

As it stands, already from what was briefed when this started. The SBS and CAG guys will make up the assault and recovery team. That's delta's bread and butter, cool.

RRC is outside the objective sporting targets. Ie patrols, outposts,  entry points. They'll  call in assets for air/sea guides strikes. As well as coordinate the extraction.

The problem being though is that they'd be painfully outnumbered once all of this goes down which means hiding out in the jungles.

What could be a case is having communication between the current group on target and the crews in the Falklands. Have them literally staged to move as soon as the action starts
Otherwise there's gonna he some trouble and we'll be stuck in a shorty E&E plan on in someone else's backyard. It could become an operation red wings scenarios.

But just my two cents.

I'm open to other thoughts and suggestions as always.

Maybe not so much limit but designate AO's or something.

Because with what we've got in Argentina...we can roll that place pretty easily.

I do love character development. Just gotta make sure it flows properly.

This will be thebfirst operation we're actually putting a solid plan and train of thought into

Urgent mercy was  of shotgunned shotguns and we poured all of the resources into it, so with this one we need to focus on force projection and make sure this one doesn't get saturated.

You could also end up getting Boko Haram involved somehow as well. Wouldn't be too farfetched, given the scenario you've spelled out... ad some hardcore extremists to the mix.

Only a couple of issues. You have his pathfinder listed twice. It's just one school, like one and done...like Air Assault.

Demo and breaching is universal. But you can keep it if he's like a magician with that stuff.

I'm time for schools assessment and selection lasts about two werks. Followed that is the Q course shiwhich where you're trained in the Special forces MOS or job. The shortest time frame you can work with is a little over a year. So the time between Selection amd being assigned  (though you can be assigned dirrong Q-Course) needs to be bumped up. No one just gets pushed through either. Gotta grind it out with everyone.

Also he needs to have attended and passed junpmaster school, to become a black hat (Airborne instructor) just little things to keep in mind.

And lastly, his security clearance needs to be increased.

I have no problems. The use of "Split-Op" is something I haven't seen done yet, so that was nice. Ranger Batt pushes privates through ranger school. Once that's completed you get schools like candy on Halloween so good on you there again promotions up to E-5 are also really quick in regiment along with their deployment tempo so good there too.

Awards during deployment, not really an issue. Again, high op-tempo, shit happens. While it doesn't talk about his time in the SF pipeline, I know you're aware of it's workings so "I" personally have no issues. And you offer enough info elsewhere in your bio to fill the gaps.

So yeah, I'm good. Anyone else have input?
